After you have contacted one of our traders or distributors, together with you they will start studying the surface and disposition of your future house: with the product cards that you will find on this site or joined to the model plan from the architect that will be supplied to you, or simply with a piece of paper with a drawing. After all these discussions we are going to offer you:

First stage:

• architectural plans 2D;
• 4-5 external 3D views of your house
• budget calculations (+/- 10%) of your future house including:

- wooden frame (see different sections below)
- doors and windows
- isolated roofing
- floor
- finishing work: painting, plumbing, sanitary, heating, tiling
- transport
- assembling

In case you decide to continue your project with us:

Second stage:

• Signature of selling contract
• Achievement of architectural dossier
• Internal 3D view
• Creation of a technical dossier making possible the construction of your house
• Final cost calculation including options that you might have chosen

At the same time we can willingly help you with the creation and the follow-up of you administrative (deposit and permission to build) and financial (bank loan)

Third stage

Construction of your house (approx. one month and a half of delay)

Fourth stage:

Organization of transportation and expedition of your house
Transfer of our assembling team (1 month of works for the house of 120m2 average)

This is the average schema of our work organization, but don’t hesitate to contact our commercials for more information.

Technical description of our materials

We use the following types of wood: Polar pine and Norway pine of prime quality, coming from the regions with long winters (approx. 5 months of snow time), these are trees that grow slowly, what gives them a very tight fiber structure, very resistant to all biological attacks as well as to other insects. Felling period of these trees that will be used for external structure, is taking place between November and March, during the time of vegetal rest. For the trees that are used for the interior and require systematic drying, the felling period is all over the year.

We offer you sever wooden profiles:

Round log non-gauged
Round log non-gauged with flat face for the internal use in your house
